When onboarded, your properties will be placed under the care of one of our professional real estate Asset Managers. This manager will be your personal point of contact for all matters related to your property.

Your Asset Manager will coordinate a leasing strategy that fits your property's unique needs to ensure you see a positive cash flow. If a problem does arise regarding property damage or an eviction, your Asset Manager will be in close contact with you to formulate and execute a comprehensive plan of action.

READY TO PARTNER WITH US?

Schedule an onboarding call with your asset manager. They will answer any remaining questions you might have regarding our policies and services. This is also a time to communicate any specific expectations for your property assets.

Before or after the call, please provide the appropriate W9 for the owner/ entity of your properties. Your asset manager will need this information to send you the finalized Property Management Agreement (PMA) for signing.

If your property is currently vacant, you will discuss and finalize the leasing strategy for each of your properties. If your property is already occupied, your asset manager can explain the details of the current lease and our tenant renewal policies.

After the PMA is signed, you will need to provide your asset manager with banking information for where you want all rent income to be sent. Unless you prefer a paper check, we will need this information to send you your monthly rent income disbursement through ACH.
